WHAT IS e-Sampling?
e-Sampling programs engage consumers online with micro-sites and relevant media placements and are differentiated because consumers actively REQUEST a sample. This “request to activate” is a main factor that drives superior conversion results. e-Sampling allows a brand to qualify consumers online with detailed targeting and enables the brand to collect valuable research data to determine the results of the program and improve future marketing efforts.
Furthermore, brands can place their samples on the websites of their largest customers, thereby creating consistencies and efficiencies across the national platform executed at the customer marketing level. It is not uncommon for an e- sample event to be located on the brand’s website as well as the sites of: Walmart.com, Samsclub.com, CVS.com, Kroger.com, Costco.com and others. Or, a single customer-specific program (ie: Walmart.com only) can also be executed with ease.
